The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener and the Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday held a door-to-door campaign in Goa for his party ahead of assembly elections in the coastal state.

Ahead of next month’s assembly polls in Goa, Kejriwal on Sunday announced his party’s 13-point agenda to tackle unemployment, corruption and restart mining in Goa.

Claiming that AAP was the most honest party since 1947, Kejriwal said even Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given the AAP a certificate of honesty. PM Modi unleashed CBI, police raids on him and Manish Sisodia, 21 party MLAs were arrested, a commission was formed to examine 400 files. Yet nothing was found, he said addressing the reporters in Goa.

PM Modi, who had ordered raids at APP leaders, had failed to find evidence of wrong-doing. He offered novel proof of his party’s honesty and track record, Kejriwal said.

During a press briefing, Kejriwal claimed that AAP has the DNA of corruption-free governance. The people of Goa are looking forward to the upcoming elections on February 14 and Aam Aadmi Party is fresh hope for them, he said.

Speaking on the alliance in the state, Kejriwal said the AAP would think of forming a post-poll coalition with a non-BJP party if it fails to secure a majority in the upcoming Goa polls.

Kejriwal, who has already ruled out a pre-poll coalition with the Trinamool Congress, is very much confident to form the government in Punjab.
