Bigg Boss 13 star Shehnaaz Gill recently released a tribute song, Tu Yaheen Hai for late actor Sidharth Shukla. The duo first met on Salman Khan’s reality show and their endearing chemistry took the internet by storm.

However, the untimely demise of the Balika Vadhu fame sent shock waves in the entertainment industry. His rumoured girlfriend, Shehnaaz released a tribute song for him which triggered trolls who think the Punjabi singer-actor is using the deceased actor for her career.

Soon, Siddharth fans started trolling Shehnaaz Gill and others and accused them of using the actor’s death. Fans started trending #StopUsingSidharthShukla on Twitter and they criticised several artists including Amit Tandon, Jaan Kumar Sanu, Arjun Bijlani, and others for sharing the song and announcing tributes.

The Yeh Hai Mohabatein actor then came in support of Shehnaaz and clarified his previous tweet. He tweeted that he thinks that his last tweet has been misunderstood. Shehnaaz has all the right to pay her tributes to Sidharth and he loved the song. He further wrote that that tweet was for those people who dragged Sid in the name of cover songs reels and all that was mentioned in the tweet.

A day after when Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla died due to a heart attack at the age of 40 in Mumbai’s Cooper hospital, bigg boss 13 co-contestant, Shehnaaz Gil and Asim Riaz and many friends from the entertainment industry reached Shukla’s residence to attend his funeral.

Actor Shehnaaz has been spotted in an unconscious condition outside Shukla’s resident. Sidharth’s colleagues including Arti Singh, Arjun Bijlani, Aly Goni, Vikas Gupta, Rakhi Sawant, Prince Narula, Rashami Desai were also spotted outside Shukla’s residence to say a final goodbye to a dear friend.

Shukla’s funeral will take place in Mumbai’s Oshiwara on September 3 in the afternoon. Earlier, it was reported that the funeral will perform at the Brahma Kumaris, but due to some permission issues, the family decided to perform his funeral in Oshiwara only.

Dr. R Sukhdeve from Cooper hospital on Thursday said the actor was already dead before being brought in. Later on the same day, post mortem was conducted at the hospital and Cooper hospital’s dean Dr. Sailesh Mohite has denied the autopsy findings.

According to the Mumbai Police, Humpty Sharma Ki Dulaniya actor died under natural circumstances and police have not filed any case against on any offense or an accidental death report.

Sidharth Shukla was best known for his TV shows like Balika Vadhu: Kacchi Umar Ke Pakke Rishte and Jaane Pehchaane Se. Later, the actor got fame from movies like Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania and Ye Ajnabbi.

Sidharth Shukla also participated in reality shows like Bigg Boss 13, Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi 7 and Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6.

In the recent promo shared by Colors TV, finalists Rubina Dilaik, Nikki Tamboli, Rahul Vaidya, Aly Goni and Rakhi Sawant got teary-eyed when Bigg Boss gave them a sneak peek into their time spent in the Bigg Boss house.

Rakhi Sawant burst out into tears when Bigg Boss termed her original entertainment and credited her for giving immense popularity to Bigg Boss. An emotional Rakhi expressed her gratitude and said Koti koti Pranam Bigg Boss.

Rubina Dilaik, who is one of the favorites to win the show, said it was most beautiful and memorable moment of her life after seeing her journey. Dilaik had entered the show with husband Abhinav Shukla to give second chance to their marriage as the couple was heading towards divorce and facing compatibility issues.

Next in line to see their journey was singer Rahul Vaidya, one of the strongest contestants in the show. Rahul praised the show and said he regrets not being part of it earlier.

Finalist Aly Goni, who had entered the show to support rumored girlfriend Jasmin Bhasin and later became friends with Rahul Vaidya as well, was hailed by the Bigg Boss for always standing with his friends leaving him emotional.

The first confirmed contestant of Bigg Boss 14 Nikki Tamboli was praised by Bigg Boss for her confidence and winning attitude. Tamboli said participating in Bigg Boss was a dream come true for her.

In Tuesday’s episode, she told Vikas Gupta that she has been  missing  Aly Goni a lot since he left the house. She said she has been a little off  since then. When Vikas asked her to open up and be happy, she said that things were fine when Aly was not in the house and she was carrying on her own. But after having enjoyed a great time with him on the show, she missed him a lot.
