The Yogi Government of Uttar Pradesh transferred 11 (IPS Transfer) IPS officers on Sunday. According to the list released by the Home Department, Anil Kumar Singh has been made Deputy Inspector General of Police (DIG) Pradeshik Armed Constabulary (PAC) Lucknow. Bulandshahr SSP Santosh Kumar Singh has been given the responsibility of Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP), Varanasi, Shlok Kumar as Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Bulandshahr.

While Alok Priyadarshi has been given the responsibility of SP Raebareli, Ajit Kumar Sinha as SP Ambedkar Nagar, Tej Swaroop Singh as SP Kanpur Outer.

Deoria’s SP Shripati Mishra has been posted as DIG PAC Headquarters Lucknow, Sankalp Sharma as SP Deoria, Shubham Patel as SP Hamirpur, Kamlesh Dixit as SP Mainpuri and Mainpuri SP Ashok Kumar Rai has been posted at SP Police Headquarters Lucknow.

Moreover, in other news, on June 4, 2022, President Ram Nath Kovind will come to Gorakhpur to attend the centenary celebrations of Gita Press. After this, the President will visit the Gorakhnath temple where after worshiping Guru Gorakhnath, he will see a light and sound show on the boat jetty. Later, President Ram Nath Kovind will stay and take rest in the night, at the Circuit House. On June 5, the President will visit Maghar in Sant Kabir Nagar.
