A video is going viral on Twitter and winning the hearts of millions in which a female elephant plays with its two small newborn calves. The video shows one of the rarest moments where an elephant gives birth to twin baby calves. The beautiful video has been captured by some locals in Karnataka’s Bandipur Tiger Reserve

Forest department officials told the media that the female elephant gave birth three days ago and the scene was witnessed by their staff and some tourists. The official also said that it was not that easy to give birth to two calves at the same time as the female elephant was struggling with it. But soon after, everything went well and the mother elephant was found coming out of the water body with two calves, an official added.

The video has already gained lakhs of views and thousands of reshare in no time. In an almost 30 seconds long video, the mother elephant can be seen so happy and playing with its newborn babies. While both twin calves were seen struggling to walk. The forest department informed that the mother elephant with its calves is in good health, but the next few days will be crucial for the survival of the twins, the forest staff added.

Seeing the beautiful video, people filled the video’s comment section with a lot of positive messages. One of the users wrote that a mother’s love is the same in every language. While another user called the entire video heart-touching and said, love, can be felt through gesture.

After Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Tamil superstar Rajinikanth will be seen tackling extreme challenges, navigating through locations and sharing survival strategies in Discovery’s popular TV programme “Man vs Wild”. Television presenter and writer Edward Bear Grylls, will be seen alongside the 69-year-old superstar at Bandipur Tiger reserve in Karnataka.

According to The Hindu, Rajinikanth arrived on Monday and is expected to leave by Tuesday evening. Bear Grylls reached Bandipur on Tuesday morning but details about his itinerary are not known.

As per reports, four locations have been selected and proper permission has been secured by the production unit.

Last year, Prime Minister Modi made an appearance with Bear Grylls in the show, which was shot in Uttarakhand’s Jim Corbett National Park. The episode had 3.69 million views upon its premiere.
