Scooter riders and passenger trying to speed past the police officials gets knocked over and thrashed with sticks. A video from Bihar’s Jamui has sparked outrage on the internet as the video shows police officials hitting the speeding riders with sticks and getting knocked over as the police try to stop the scooter riders.

In the video, a scooter driver and pillion can be seen trying to get past the police by speeding past them, however the police can be seen subjecting to the scooter riders to police brutality as the one police official hits the pillion with a stick, whereas a police officer ahead a step further and shoves and knocks over the scooter which is coming in speed.

The two victims were hurt as seen in the video as they try to get up, whereas, the police after realizing they are being recorded, try to ignore the camera as the cameraman asks if they had the authority to hit the riders. The police can be seen fleeing away from the scene after being asked the question.

The video has sparked a lot of outrage from the internet as many came forward to condemn police’s actions. One user came forward and wrote that the police officers need a proper training to deal with such cases and added that their is a pattern of behavior of these police officers resorting to such drastic actions.

Another user added to the argument and stated that street thugs might have vanished in UP, however, the police have replaced those thugs as they carry out such acts. The user added that strict actions should be taken against such police officers.

Another incident of police brutality came to light where a girl can be seen being slapped by two women police constables in Punjab’s Batala. In the video, the police officer slaps a women for sitting in a park after their IELTS classes. The police officers can be seen asking for the number of their parents so that they can report the case. The video had enraged the internet as many came forward condemning the actions taken by the police officers.
