Biryani is the only dish in India that unites everyone and it feels different when international food chain Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) India has recognized it. Recently, the company has added one of the demanded dish biryani bucket to its menu. To promote their new menu, the international food chain has choose Bollywood’s no. 1 Jodi Karisma Kapoor and Govinda to promote it.

Superstars Govinda and Karisma Kapoor come together with the on-screen for the ad project for a brand after almost a decade. Lolo has already shared the KFC’s new ad on her official Instagram handle and captioned it that the biggest Jodi is here. If there’s anyone who comes close to deserving the title of No. 1 Jodi, this is it! Crispy KFC Chicken aur Biryani Rice – yehi toh hai asli No.1 Jodi, Zamaanat actor added in her caption. The video has crossed millions of views in no time and getting a lot of appluads from the fans.

Hero no. 1 also dropped the KFC’s latest ad on his official Instagram handle and captioned the post that Arre suna kya – Lolo aur mujhse bhi ‘Dumdaar Jodi’ launch huyi hai! With steamy chemistry, juicy andaaz aur crunchy swag, ye hi to hai number 1 jodi! The KFC Biryani Bucket certified by the OG No. 1 Jodi.

In the video, the two address each other with theri nicknames as Chi Chi (Govinda) and Lolo (Karisma) and talking over the phone about the much Dumdaar (powerful) jodi than them.

Meanwhile, Karisma Kapoor and Govinda gave many hit films in the 90s that include Coolie No 1, Raja Babu, Hero No 1, Saajan Chale Sasural and Haseena Maan Jayegi and became Jodi no. 1 on-screen of that era.

As of now, Karisma was last seen in ALTBalaji’s web series Mentalhood. Govinda’s last theatrical release was 2019’s Rangeela Raja.
