In the video, a Muslim man can be seen approaching the donation box and putting some money into it as a donation. The video comes as a respite against all the communal tensions that have been instilled into the public eye.

The Twitter handle that uploaded the video added a caption stating that the location of the video is uncertain but it is irrelevant to put one’s mind to the matter as from the looks of it, the video displays to have Indian DNA, implying and reasserting the values of tolerance and unity that is taught in India.

Many tweeple have come forward showing love and adulation for the video as it showed and reminded the people how, contrary to the narrative set, the people will always choose unity which they have bequeathed from their forefathers.

One Twitter user wrote his personal account about how, despite coming from a Muslim family, he and his family would attend every aarti, ritual and even enjoy Ram Leela underlining how the reality on the ground is much different than the narrative being set by a component of society.

Another user remarked that the video displays the Indian essence of beauty suggesting how these acts of unity in diversity are only possible in India and how there is beauty in it.

The king of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan, despite being a practicing Muslim, welcomed Ganesh’s idol into his home during Ganesh Chaturthi and performed the ceremony. This alone shows the value of harmony and unity instilled in the hearts of people.
