The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur will conclude the deadline for filing objections to the GATE answer key 2022, it will close the window on Friday, February 25, 2022. On the official website of GATE, gate.iitkgp.ac.in, candidates can check and download the tentative answer key for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2022.

To raise objections to the answer key, applicants must log into the GATE Online Application Processing System (GOAPS). For each objection raised, applicants will need to pay Rs 500.

IIT Kharagpur will announce the GATE 2022 result on the official website after analyzing candidate feedback.

The GATE 2022 results will be released on March 17, 2022, and scorecards will be accessible online to download on March 21, 2022. On the day of the results, IIT Kharagpur is likely to provide the final solution key for the GATE exam.

Steps to raise objections: GATE Answer Key 2022

Step 1: Go to the official website of GOAPS, gate.iitkgp.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the designated tab of Contest Answer Key.
Step 3: Pay a fee of Rs 500 via online mode.
Step 4: Enter the question number.
Step 5: Challenge the question in a maximum of 500 words.
Step 6: Attach the supporting documents.

Formula to calculate GATE marks by using the answer key:

Total marks obtained for a correct answer − points deducted for incorrect responses = Total marks of GATE.
