PhonePe users made 1292.71 million (129.27 crore) UPI transactions from the app in June. Whereas in May, users did 1149.84 million (114.98 crore) transactions. That is, the number of UPI transactions increased by 142.87 million (14.28 crore) on a monthly basis. PhonePe has 320.45 million (32.04 crore) more UPI transactions than second-ranked Google Pay.

Ola will soon commence the production of electric scooters at its factory in Tamil Nadu, Ola Group CEO Bhavish Aggarwal said on Wednesday. “Almost there! Scooter production to begin soon! Upon completion, the factory will create nearly 10,000 jobs and is expected to be the world’s largest scooter manufacturing facility that will initially have an annual production capacity of 2 million units.
