Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui often treats his fans with his eye-catching posts on Instagram. The Badlapur actor on Tuesday again grabbed all the eyeballs when he share a time-lapse video of himself transforming into a transgender character for an upcoming film called Haddi that is all set to release in 2023.

While posting the 38-second video-long video, Raees actor also wrote a caption that reads here’s a sneak peek into my transformation in Haddi.

The video of him becoming a transgender starts with him covered with full makeup, lipstick, and kohled eye, wearing a long white kurta, while some stylist was seen putting a long hair wig on him. As the clip moves further, it shows him in the complete transgender avatar, standing with some of the people who belong to the LGBT community.

Ever since the video was shared on the internet, it has received thousands of likes, shares and views in no time. His fans also bombarded in the comment section to appreciate his new look for the upcoming movie.

One of the users wrote that Nawazuddin Siddiqui is one of the actors in Bollywood who can pull off any dramatic role with so much ease. Another user commented that the movie will be a super hit as there are few films that cover the such topic. While the third user compared him against the Bollywood star kids and suggest they learn some acting from him.

Apart from the video, earlier, Siddiqui shared the first poster from the upcoming movie. He also captioned his post where he wrote that crime has never looked this good before.

Meanwhile, the actor has some great projects lineup for the upcoming years. He will be next seen in Sai Kabir starrer Tiku Weds Sheru, co-starring with Avneet Kaur. He was last seen in Ahmed Khan’s action thriller Heropanti 2, co-starring Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff.

Nawzauddin Siddiqui gets into the skin of every character he plays on screen and never fails to impress his fans. On Tuesday, the actor took the internet by storm after he dropped the first look of his upcoming film Haddi. In the poster, Nawazuddin could be seen dressed as a woman and sporting gorgeous hair and makeup. He donned a grey gown.

The actor’s gender-defying makeover is receiving rave comments from his fans. The motion poster was shared with the caption, Crime has never looked this good before.

Nawazuddin’s look in Haddi has definitely sparked a meme fest on social media. Moreover, fans found an uncanny resemblance to the actor-comedian Archana Puran Singh. Tweeple wondered if the woman sitting on the chair in the motion poster was Archana Puran Singh.

Following the hullabaloo on social media, Archana Puran Singh reacted to her being compared with Nawazuddin’s look in Haddi and said the hairstyle sported by the actor in the poster has become synonymous with her, Hindustantimes reported.

She further said she takes the comparison as a huge compliment.

Helmed by Akshat Ajay Sharma, Haddi is a noir revenge drama bankrolled by Zee Studios and Anandita Studios. Reports say a large portion of the film will be shot in western Uttar Pradesh including Noida and Ghaziabad. The film is slated to go on floors the next year.

Apart from Haddi, Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be next seen in Tiku Weds Sheru co-starring Avneet Kaur. The film has been produced and directed by Kangana Ranaut and will release on Amazon Prime Video.

The actor will be also seen in Jogira Sara Ra Ra opposite Neha Sharma, Noorani Chehra with Nupur Sanon, Afwah co-starring Bhumi Pednekar, and others.
