In the promotional post, Kylie posted a picture in which she is posing nude but is drenched in blood. From the picture, it looks like, the picture must have been clicked before as Kylie is pregnant with her second child and now her baby bump is clearly visible.

In the picture, she is sitting on the floor and blood is all over her body and she is surely glowing like a queen in that too. She shared the picture with the caption that reads, “MY KYLIE X NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET COLLECTION LAUNCHES TOMORROW! 3pm pst KylieCosmetics.com”, she even added a knife emoticon with it.

As soon as she shared the picture on Instagram, fans started bombarding the comment section. One of the users wrote that this is what happens when you sneeze on your period.

Yet another wrote that the fact she’s trying to look seductive in a pile of blood makes me worried.
