As per the official notice, the JEE Advance 2022 brochure has been released by the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay on their official website, which is – jeeadv.ac.in. The IIT Brochure 2022 includes detailed information regarding the exam pattern, eligibility criteria, list of exam centres along with JEE Advanced 2022 dates.

The JEE Mains 2022 exam will be conducted on July 3, 2022. There will two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2. The duration of each paper is three hours.

What are the JEE Advanced 2022 eligibility criteria?

• It is mandatory for candidates to be among the top 2,50,000 succesful candiadates (including all categories) inthe B.E or B.Tech. paper of JEE Main 2022 exam.
• Candidate will get only chances in two consecutive year to clear the JEE Advanced 2022 exams.
• It is necessary for candidate to appeared for the Class XII (or equivalent) examination for the first time in either 2021 or 2022 with the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects.
• Also, the candidate should have been born after or on October 1, 1997. There is five years of relaxation in the age to SC, ST and PwD candidates. Foe them, they should have been born on or after October 1, 1992.

What is the JEE Advanced 2022 relaxation in the eligibility criteria?

Likewise, those applicants who appear in class 12th or equivalent exam in 2020 are also eligible to apply for the JJE Advanced 2022. The criteria that have to be met by them are as follows:

• The number of attempts should be one by the candidate in JEE Advanced either in 2020 or 2021.
• The candidates who didn’t appear in both JEE Advanced 2020 and 2021 are also eligibile to appear in JEE Advanced 2022.
• Those candidates who appear in the JEE Mains 2022 and meet the cut-off score of the 2,50,000 successful applicants (for all categories)can apply for this exam.
