The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2021 results have been finally announced on Friday, October 15. Candidates who appeared for the exam can check their results on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in. For checking the results, candidates require login credentials that include the application number and the password.

JEE Advanced 2021 results announced, Mridul Agarwal tops the exam

Mridul Agarwal, who hails from Jaipur, has topped in Common Rank List (CRL) in JEE Advanced. The topper has scored 348 marks out of 360 marks. The other topper is Kavya Chopra who obtained the 98th Rank and scored 286 marks out of 360. Kavya is a resident of Delhi.

Reportedly, a total number of 1,41,699 candidates appeared in both papers 1 and 2 in JEE Advanced 2021. Out of these, as many as 41,862 candidates have qualified for the exam of which 6,452 are females.

Last year’s topper, Chirag Falor from Pune had secured All India Rank 1 in JEE advanced by obtaining 352 marks out of 396. As per reports, he is currently studying in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), USA. In the JEE Main held January 2020, Falor had obtained a 99.9897 percentile score. He appeared again in September 2020 and got 100 percentile and 12th rank.

As the results have been announced today, here are the expected cut-offs for the candidates to get admission to top IIT colleges.

JEE Advanced 2021 examinations were originally slated for July 3. However, the second wave of coronavirus pandemic struck India and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan announced the revised date. The exams were then conducted on October 3, 2021.
