Indian Railways has decided to cancel some of the trains that started before the festive season in October, the trains will be cancelled only till February and might start their operation again in the spring. The trains will be cancelled between December 1, 2021 and February 28, 2022.

Western Railways said the cancelled will be active from March 1, 2022. Many trains were only running because of Diwali and Chhath Puja, running between Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi and Gujarat.

Here is the list of the 12 cancelled trains:

1. Train No. 09017, Bandra Terminus – Haridwar weekly special running every Wednesday to remain cancelled from December 1, 2021 to February 23, 2022.

2.  Train No. 09403, Ahmedabad – Sultanpur weekly special running every Tuesday to remain cancelled from December 7, 2021 to February 22, 2022.

3. – Train No. 09407, Ahmedabad – Varanasi weekly special running every Thursday to remain cancelled from December 2, 2021 to February 24, 2022.

4. 09112 Haridwar – Valsad weekly special running every Wednesday to remain cancelled from December 8 to February 23.

5. 09111 Valsad – Haridwar weekly special running every Tuesday to remain cancelled December 7 to February 22.

6. 04309 Ujjain – Dehradun bi-weekly special running every Wednesday and Thursday to remain cancelled from December 2 to February 24.

7. 04310 Dehradun – Ujjain bi-weekly special running every Tuesday and Wednesday to remain cancelled from December 1 to February 23.

8. 05068 Bandra Terminus – Gorakhpur weekly special running every Friday to remain cancelled from December 3 to February 25.

9. 05067 Gorakhpur – Bandra Terminus weekly special running every Wednesday to remain cancelled from December 1 to February 23.

10. 09018 Haridwar – Bandra Terminus – weekly special running every Thursday to remain cancelled from December 2 to February 24.

11. 09408 Varanasi – Ahmedabad weekly special running every Saturday to remain cancelled from December 4 to February 26.

12. 09404 Sultanpur – Ahmedabad weekly special running every Wednesday to remain cancelled from December 8 to February 23.
