Bollywood actor Bhumi Pednekar has rejoined the cast of upcoming film Mr Lele, starring Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani.Directed by Shashank Khaitan, the film originally had Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi in the lead. 

Ever since the comedy drama was announced with a first look poster featuring Varun stripping down to his underwear, fans were super excited. Earlier, Kiara Advani was on board to play the leading lady, which she later turned down and Janhvi filled in the shoes. Bhumi was also part of the film.

Unfortunately, Varun walked out of the project, and after indefinite delay, Vicky was signed for the main lead. Soonafter, both Janhvi and Bhumi stepped down. The makers then revamped the casting with Kiara in the leading role. And now, Bhumi has again become a part of the upcoming project.

A source close to the news portal Pinkvilla has reported that it is an exciting project bringing three young talents of Bollywood together. Bhumi has loved her character in the film, hence she got back to the film yet again. Vicky is also looking forward to slipping into the comedy genre.

Further it said that the film is one-of-its-kind comic thriller, and the team is all excited to start shooting very soon. The character of the cast has been kept under wraps. Though it is being said that Vicky’s character has the Maharashtrian shades to it.

For the uninitiated, Bhumi and Kiara had earlier with Vicky in Bhoot Part 1:The Haunted Ship and Lust Stories respectively. For the first time, the three actors will be collaborating for a project produced by Karan Johar.

Meanwhile, Bhumi has recently wrapped up the shoot of Badhai Do with Rajkummar Rao, the sequel to Badhaai Ho, which starred Ayushmann Khurrana, Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao and Sanya Malhotra in the lead.
