The leading two-wheeler manufacturer Bajaj auto India has finally launched one of its much-awaited and feature-loaded motorcycles that come with dual-channel ABS Pulsar N160 in India. Interested customers can purchase the vehicle at the starting price of Rs Rs 1.28 lakh (ex-showroom) from any authorised store or from the company’s official website.

Now, the newly launched N160, which has received an overwhelming response from the customers joins the company’s line-up of the new-age Pulsars. The motorcycle comes in three colour options. However, the company said that the colour scheme will remain will be in the exclusive category.

From specs to features, know everything about the Bajaj Pulsar N160

Talking about the design, the news-launched Pulsar N160 comes with much bigger and more aggressive looks as compared to its ongoing models. The company tried hard to give the bike a typical streetfighter look with a projector headlamp and DRLs. When it comes to its instrument binnacle, it features an analogue tachometer, which allows riders to track important information about the vehicle such as fuel information, speed, RPM, and gear information among others.

Pulsar N160 comes with a is a 165cc single-cylinder engine that generates 16 PS of peak power and 14.65 Nm of torque. The bike also comes with a 5-speed gear unit. As far as the overall frame of the vehicle, it has a new tubular frame which claimed to offer higher a smooth-riding experience to the riders.

At the launch, Bajaj motors president Sarang Kanade said, twenty years ago, after launching the Pulsar Pulsar 250 in October last year, he never knew that the bike would be such a success. He said, the series has given a wonderful sales to the company in the last year and it has received a tremendous response from customers, and enthusiasts. We are excited to extend the new platform to the 160cc segment. The new Pulsar N160 packs an exciting proposition that is built to deliver the perfect street riding experience, Kanade added.
