Nushrratt Bharuccha on Sunday made his safe return to India from Israel. A clip of the actor has surfaced online when she arrived to Mumbai. When she landed at the Mumbai airport on Sunday around midday, she was met by a number of reporters who were interested in knowing more about her experience in Israel. Currently, there is a conflict in the nation.

While walking to her waiting car, Nushrratt remained silent. She was exhausted and chose not to speak anything about the incident. The actor was seen without makeup. She was dressed in a pink co-ord set and had a sling bag around her waist.

According to her publicist, Nushrrat was left stuck in Israel as a result of the militants from Hamas attacking the nation. To attend the Haifa International Film Festival, which took place between September 28 and October 7, she had taken a flight to Israel.

Her publicist revealed, they have finally managed to get in touch with Nushrratt and with the help of the Embassy, she is being brought back home safely, prior to her arrival. She is on a connecting trip home because we were unable to secure a direct flight. More information cannot be disclosed for her safety, but we will let you know as soon as she lands in India. She is travelling to India safely, and we thank God for that.

Bollywood actor Nushrratt Bharuccha, best known for her work in the flim Dream Girl and Akelli, is said to be stuck in Israel as tensions between Israel and the Palestinian militant organisation Hamas continue to escalate. She went there for a film festival in Israel.

Nushrratt was initially in a safe area, according to her team’s statement, but they haven’t been able to get in touch with her since.

The actor, who just visited Israel for the Haifa International Film Festival, is apparently stuck there as the war with Hamas progresses. A member of her team reportedly released a statement saying, Nushrratt has sadly been trapped in Israel. To attend the Haifa International Film Festival, she had flown there.

Her movements were a source of concern for the team, who said, the last time they were able to get in touch with her was about 12.30 today, when she was secure in a basement. Additional information cannot be provided due to safety precautions. But ever since, communication has been impossible.

The team is working to return Nushrratt to India safely, and we sincerely hope that she does so in perfect condition.

Nushratt was there for the release of her most recent film, Akelli, at the Haifa International Film Festival. The film, which released on August 25 in India, tells the story of Jyoti, a character played by Nushratt, who has to cope with a possibly fatal circumstance while stranded in an area of active conflict in Iraq. Positive reviews were given to the thriller drama, which was directed by Pranay Meshram and starred Nishant Dahiya, Piloo Vidyarthi, and others. Particularly Nushrratt received a lot of praise for her work in the film. Earlier, online images of her from the festival had appeared.

Ever since the first trailer of the film was released by the makers, audiences have shown interest in watching the film. Releasing on 10^th June, the comedy-drama will deal with several topics like girl marriage, gender disparity and usage of condoms.

Actor Nushrratt Bharuccha had also conducted a survey on how open are people in India to talk about condoms and know the advantages of using it. The actor also replied to the trolls trying to bring her down for coming up with a movie like Janhit Mein Jaari.

Nushrratt Bharuccha will be turning 37 tomorrow. Born in a Dawoodi Bohra family in Mumbai, Bharuccha’s father, Tanvir, is a businessman, and her mother, Tasneem, is a housewife. She made her debut with the 2006 film Jai Santoshi Maa but she got to fame with the 2011 buddy drama Pyaar Ka Punchnama, also starring Kartik Aaryan.

She had her biggest successes by portraying the female lead in the comedies Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015), Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), Dream Girl (2019), and Chhalaang (2020). In 2021, Bharuccha starred in the Netflix anthology film Ajeeb Daastaans and the horror film Chhorii.

Amazon Prime’s Chhorii starring Nushrratt Bharuccha is receiving rave reviews from both the audience and the critics. Helmed by Vishal Furia, the horror film has been adapted from the Marathi film Lapachchapi. Apart from Nushrratt, who is being applauded for her role, another actor who is in talks for her impeccable acting prowess is Yaaneea Bharadwaj.

Yaaneea played a character called Choti Maai in the film who haunts a small house surrounded by sugarcane fields. The actor’s prosthetics makeup, done by Rahi Anil Barve, from the film is going crazy viral on the internet. The makeup artist shared a post for Yaaneea on social media and praised her for sitting patiently for hours to get the desired look.

Yaaneea Bharadwaj shot to fame with Amazon Prime series Made in Heaven. She played a bride, Sukhmani, in the popular series that starred Sobhita Dhulipala and Arjun Mathur in the lead roles.

Bollywood actors Ali Fazal and Nushrratt Bharuccha have recently bagged a nomination at the Asia Content Awards presented by the Busan International Film Festival. The Mirzapur fame has been nominated for his character of Ispit Nair in the Netflix anthology, Ray.

Nushrratt Bharuccha got nominated for the Best Actress category for Ajeeb Daastaans on Netflix.

Talking about Nushrratt’s role in Ajeeb Daastaans, she played the character of a house help Meenal.

In an old interview with India Today, Nushrratt had revealed that she observed her house help to prep for the character. She had said, “While I was thinking about how to get into the character of Meenal, I started observing my own house help to me understand her mannerisms and characteristics. She was a great reference point for me and unknowingly, she helped me tremendously to get a deeper understanding of my character in Ajeeb Daastaans.”

She had further added, “Meenal’s story is that of an ordinary girl who is struggling to make ends meet, and provide for the best for herself and her sister. While muhurat shoot will take place in Ayodhya, rest of the film will be shot in Mumbai. The trio was seen at a private airport in Kalina, Mumbai before taking off.
