Put aside everything as the much-awaited Laxmmi Bomb trailer is out. The comedy-horror genre has seen Akki coming up with stellar performances.

Female lead actor Kiara Advani navigates horror-comedy in the film which is a remake of the Tamil movie Kanchana, directed by Raghava Lawrence. The 3.40-minute trailer of Laxmmi Bomb teems with funny dialogue. The trailer starts with Akshay’s visit to Kiara’s house to ask her father’s consent for their marriage.

Later, you will also see Akshay wearing a dark-red saree, and bangles and a big bindi to boot. There is also a mix-up of a few dance shots of the O Burj Khalifa song.

Akshay Kumar tweeted that LaxmiBombTrailer is out and the film will be a Diwali release. The movie is all set to release before Diwali on Disney+Hotstar on November 9.

Akshay plays the role of a transgender, and for a large portion of the film, he had to wear a sari. He plays a man, who gets possessed by a transgender ghost. In his statement in a conference earlier this year, he had already revealed how the character has been a mentally frenetic role for him. He said he was comfortable in a sari, and didn’t hassles shooting in it. It has been lovable to perform this unique character, he had said.
