Four women allegedly kidnapped a factory worker and raped him overnight in Jalandhar, Punjab. Reports said the incident took place on Sunday night and it came to light when the victim shared his ordeals with a media person.

The victim alleged that four women under the age group of 22-24 years arrived on the Leather Complex road in a car and abducted him on the pretext of asking for an address. The accused woman made him unconscious with a fragrance and took him to an unknown place in the car.

After he regained consciousness, he found himself naked and tied with a rope, reports further said. The victim filed a police complaint and claimed that the woman kept him hostage for 11 to 12 hours, assaulted him sexually, and left him in the middle of the road at 3 am.

The police informed that no such complaint has been filed yet and an investigation will be launched once a case is filed, reports further said. Soon after the incident came to light, the Intelligence Department of Punjab Police directed a suo moto investigation into the matter.

While such incidents are rare as the n number of rape incidents against women are reported every day, a similar incident took place in 2017 in South Africa’s Pretoria wherein a 23-year-old man was kidnapped and raped for 3 days by 3 women.

Reports said the accused women forced the victim to consume viagra and energy drinks and took turns raping him multiple times every day. As per South African police, the victim was found dumped in a field semi-naked and was exhausted and traumatised.

The victim met the accused woman in a 15-seater communal taxi. The car was driven in the wrong direction and he was ordered to move to the front seat. Further, one of the accused forcibly injected him and made him unconscious, reports said.

In the police complaint, the victim also alleged that he was given energy drinks and was not allowed to sleep.
