Parmita Reang is a Tripura-based singer, actor, director, and YouTube personality. She’s currently approaching the 100k blemish on YouTube. So we hope for the Silver Play Button as soon as possible. Parmita had sung “Selfish” a cover song from the Bollywood film Race – 3, for TIPS Music Industries, one of India’s most prestigious music labels. She primarily sings in Kokborok (a Tripura dialect), English, and Hindi.

Parmita began her career in the music industry in 2006, with her single album ” Jotono Hino Ano O’ sikili “while still in secondary school, and has since made significant contributions to the state’s music business.

She has lent her vocals to over 180 songs to date, with one of her most recent releases, Twngsa Lama, garnering over 3.1 million views on YouTube. Parmita is known throughout Tripura as an Idol and an influential figure in the Tripuri Music Industry she produces 4 to 5 songs each year on average. The songs are superhits and chartbusters throughout the state. She has also directed 15 music videos and plays a vital role in promoting new actors and actresses through her albums. She also introduced Biva Jamatia, who is now a well-known Kokborok actress and model.

Adding to her hat, she was signed in 2019 by Tips Music Industries, one of the most well-known music labels.
