An amusing story has come to light from Madhya Pradesh’s Kareli district where a marriage ceremony proceeded to marry off two parrots. As the owners of the parrots agreed to get their beloved pets married, the whole ceremony followed according to the customary rituals including Baraat dance and whatnot at the wedding ceremony.

According to reports, the union of the two birds was attended by the villagers who also danced in the grandiose ceremony. The owner of parrot Myna, Ramswaroop Parihar, has loved and raised the parrot like his own daughter. The bond between the two had led Parihar to decide that his beloved pet should also lead a married life.

In his bid to look for a groom for his pet parrot, the man came across Badal Lal Vishwakarma who also had a pet and shared the same energy. The two men decided to tie the knots of their two beloved parrots.

The marriage ceremony went according to the customs as the two friends even matched the Kundali of the two birds prior to marriage. After learning that the parrot and Myna were a perfect match for each other, the marriage preparations began.

It was reported that many villagers also came in to join the celebrations as the Baraat and Baraati danced fervently to the bands music while taking Parrot Myna for the marriage. Myna was reportedly sitting inside her cage which was kept atop a small battery operated vehicle.

It was reported that Parihar, according to the marriage customs, also gave Bidaai to his beloved pet after the marriage.

Parihar will now have to visit the in-laws house to see his daughter-like-parrot, however, from the looks of the relationship between the two, it is tentative for the man to visit the in-laws house more often than not.

Another bizarre incident came to light from Rajasthan where a camel chewed off the head of its owner after being agitated by its owner. According to reports, the camel was tied near a road and broke free after seeing another camel.

The owner, in a bid to rein the camel in, tried to stop it from the animal going further, however, the camel agitated by the owner put his jaws around the owner and chewed his head off his body. The feral camel was later beaten to death by the local villagers.
