Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann tied the knot on Thursday with Dr Gurpreet Kaur. This is Mann’s second marriage and the ceremony was attended by top ministers including Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, and Raghav Chaddha among others. The wedding took place at Punjab CM’s residence in Chandigarh.

Raghav Chaddha shared the wedding photos on his official Twitter handle and photo-sharing application Instagram. He also wished the Punjab CM in his native language which read Waheguru Ji Apne Bacche Utte Aashirwad Banaye Rakheo (May Waheguru Ji shower his blessing on their children).

In the photos, Punjab CM can be seen wearing Indian attire, complementing it with a yellow turban. While Delhi CM was spotted wearing a normal plain light yellow shirt with a scarf on his head. Raghav Chaddha also was seen wearing a white safari suit with a sleeveless coat.

According to the report from ANI, the wedding food menu comprised Indian and Italian cuisines such as Tandoori Kulche, Kadhai Paneer, Navratan Biryani, Dal Makhani, Mushroom curry, Pasta, Apricot Stuffed Kofta, Mausami Subzian, Lasagna Siciliano, Risotto and Burrani Raita.

In the fresh fruit truffle, moong dal halwa along with shahi tukda, angoori rasmalai and dry fruit rabari were included.

Meanwhile, after being separated from his first wife Inderpreet Kaur 6 years ago. Mann’s mother wanted him to get married again and start a new chapter in his life with a girl whom she chose for him.

Reports said Mann’s second wife Gurpreet Kaur is a doctor by profession. She completed her MBBS from a private university in Haryana four years ago. It has been reported that the couple knew each other for the past few years. Kaur also often used to visit Mann’s residence in Punjab and Chandigarh to meet his family.
