Actor Sameera Reddy, who has been criticized on social media platforms for her body, has shared a conversation with her father on her official Instagram handle on Tuesday. In the post, she has revealed to her father that why she is less worry about her looks now.

Sameera’s father, who is worried about how people will judge his daughter, asked the actor why she is not covering her white hair, to which the actor said she is at the point of her life where she doesn’t care about her looks and she will take her sweet time to color her hair whenever she feels like. She added that she used to get paranoid about her looks but now she thinks less about it which gives her more freedom and peace.

In the photo, Sameera can be seen wearing a sports shirt with a big smile on her face. Her post already crossed thousands of likes, her fans, friends, colleagues filled her comment section with a lot of appreciation messages. One of her fans said it needs a lot of courage to share such photos, while other fan said the actor motivating the youth of India to walk on the path of simplicity.

The actor often shares posts on body positivity through which she gets a lot of appreciation from her fans and friends.

Sameera had started her career in Bollywood with Maine Dil Tujhko Diya which was released in 2002. The film also featured Sohail khan. The actor was last seen in the Kannada film Varadhanayaka (2013), after that she took a long break from the entertainment industry.

During her second pregnancy, she had started a campaign called  Imperfectly Perfect, in which she raised the issues on body and started teaching people about body positivity.
