Latest media reports have hinted towards Ranvijay getting replaced by Bollywood actor Sonu Sood. Reports suggest that Sonu will be the only mentor-host this year. However, no confirmation has been received from either of the two celebrities or the show. The reports have said that like every season, the new season of Roadies will take the adventure a notch higher. This time, new terrains will be explored, with a new host taking over the upcoming 18th season of MTV Roadies. The new host is a famous Bollywood actor and is known for his fearlessness, who will take the show to a whole new level with an energy that cannot be paralleled.

Ranvijay Singha has been associated with the show for a very long time. He was the winner of the first-ever season of Roadies. Then, he became the show’s host. Finally, he became a judge. He has also been seen on different shows like MTV Splitsvilla, MTV Troll Police and MTV Stuntsmania. Currently, he is hosting Shark Tank India.

The reason for replacing Ranvijay has not been revealed. It is in talks that the producers have decided to drop the concept of gang-leaders competing with each other with their team.
