The South Industry actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Instagram has been hacked, according to the reports. On Monday night, some of the pictures and videos from her work and personal life were shared on her Instagram account, which was not posted by Samantha Prabhu.

After some time, fans noticed the unusual activity on her Instagram account and asked if Samantha’s account had been hacked. Soon, some of the fans also shared a screenshot of the post which was not shared by Samantha.

Samantha’s digital manager Sheshanka Binesh then went on to investigate the damage control mode, and wrote in an Instagram story, clarifying that it was a technical glitch, and the Instagram account was not hacked.

Meanwhile, Sheshanka Binesh wrote, “Due to a technical glitch, a post on Instagram was accidentally cross-posted to Samantha’s account. We are working on the matter and will take it forward with Team Instagram. Apologies for any confusion.”

Further, Samantha is ready to make her official debut on Season 7 of Koffee with Karan. It is still unclear when exactly Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s episode will air. On the show, Samantha is heard saying to Karan Johar, “You are the reason for sad marriages,” as they look to be having fun, discussing some recent happenings.

Samantha is working on her next project film ‘Kushi’. It is a romantic drama, also starring Vijay Deverakonda. It will hit the theatres on December 23, 2022, this year. It will be released in many languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam.

After being criticized by the people for a hate speech video of Mahant Bajrang Muni who belongs to Uttar Pradesh’s Sitapur in Khirabad district. Again, a video of him has been circulating on Twitter, where he was seen provoking the Muslim community and says, Agar tum ek Hindu maroge to main dus muslim marung (If you will kill one Hindu then i will kill 10 Muslims in return).

The video was tweeted on Firday by Alt News co-founder Mohammed Zubair. In the video, Muni can be seen surrounded by the people wearing saffron attire enjoying and clapping at every word being uttered by the mahant.

In an almost 2 minutes long video, the mahant begins his speech by saying in Hindi, Agar main mar bhi gaya to is desh ke Hindus ke ander itni garmi chorke ke jaunga ke Khairabad ko Shri Ram nagar bna denge (Even if I got killed, I will fill so much heat in Hindus that will turn Khairabad in Shri Ram Nagar). He further added in his speech, agar tum kisi hindu ladki ko love jihad main fasaker attyachar kroge, to main 10 muslim ladkiyo ko love Sanatana main fasaker attayachar karunga ( if you commit atrocities by trapping Hindu women in love jihad, then I will trap 10 Muslim girls in love Sanatana and harassed them).

Mahant also released a video of himself in which he tried to counter Alt News co-founder Zubair. In his video, Muni said, from top to bottom, all the posts of Zubair on Twitter are against Hindus. Meanwhile, Muni also claimed that a Muslim boy had entered his ashram and tried to kill him. He said the boy was given Rs 28 lakh by people from Sheeshe Wali mosque in the district to kill him.

This is not the first time this type of incident came in limelight. Earlier, videos of similar events of hate speech have surfaced on social media targeting a particular community that includes the Dharam Sansad in Haridwar and the Hindu Mahapanchayat in Delhi.

The Kashmir Files, a film that hit the theatres last week, is still ruling. Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri’s helmed has created a massive controversy on social media. Amid the ongoing buzz, the former chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah has said that an honest investigation should be carried out to find out the culprits, Times Now reported.

Abdullah further said that Jagmohan was the governor at that time who is no more. If he were alive today, he would have told the reality and this is the reason why he wants the case to be investigated. He continued that every film portrays the story in a unique way and it is important for them to tell the exact truth.

The Kashmir Files is based on the true events of the exodus of Kashmiri Pandits in the 1990s from Jammu and Kashmir. Starring Anupam Kher, Pallavi Joshi, Darshan Kumar, Mithun Chakraborty and others, the film is one of the most discussed topics on the internet and secured 8.3 ratings by IMDb. Three states, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, and Gujarat, have declared the film tax-free. Assam Chief Minister Hemant Biswas Sharma has also urged state officials to watch the film.

Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also applauded the film and said that it revealed the truth. He urged the parliamentarians to watch the film and said that the makers of the film had the guts to portray the truth and whatever they thought the truth is, they tried to put it out. He further said that there are conspiracies to discredit it. These people have not tried to accept or welcome the truth, PM Modi added.

Meanwhile, police have warned against downloading links for The Kashmir Files sent to the WhatsApp number. The links end up hacking phones and emptying bank accounts.

The Income Tax (I-T) department has detected unaccounted income of over Rs 50 crore following raids on sand mining, liquor and real estate businesses in the border towns of Rajasthan recently, the Central Board of Direct Taxes said on Thursday. 

Out of this, unaccounted cash of Rs 2.31 crore and jewellery worth Rs 2.48 crore had been seized, it said.

12 BJP-ruled states, Odisha and Bihar announce additional cuts after Centre reduces excise duty on petrol and diesel

In an attempt to provide relief to people reeling under the impact of spiralling fuel prices, Twelve BJP-ruled states including Assam, Tripura, Manipur, Karnataka, Goa, Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand announced additional cuts in petrol and diesel prices hours after the Centre reduced excise duty on petrol and diesel by ₹ 5 and ₹ 10 on the eve of Diwali.

The price cuts are in effect from Thursday, when the nation celebrates Diwali.

Odisha’s ruling Biju Janta Dal also announced a VAT reduction of ₹ 3 per litre on both petrol and diesel. 

Bihar’s Janata Dal (United) government today reduced VAT rates on petrol and diesel by over ₹ 3 per litre.

23 Dead and few others seriously ill after allegedly consuming poisonous liquor 

At least 23 people have died and a few others got seriously ill on the eve of Diwali after allegedly consuming poisonous liquor in Bihar’s Gopalganj and West Champaran districts, local authorities informed on Thursday.

While 15 people have died in Gopalganj’s Mohammadpur area, eight people have died in Bettiah area of West Champaran district.

25 people, including 6 IAF personnel, test positive for Zika virus in Kanpur

Twenty-five people, including six Indian Air Force personnel, on Wednesday tested positive for Zika virus in kanpur. 

The total number of infection has reached to 36 in the district. 

District Magistrate Vishak G informed that among the fresh cases, 14 are women. Six IAF personnel have also contacted the infection, he said.

Odisha reduces VAT on petrol and diesel by Rs 3 each per litre

Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday announced reduction of Value Added Tax (VAT) of ₹3 each on petrol and diesel, which will be applicable from midnight of November 5.

In order to provide relief to general public from the rising fuel prices, the decision was taken, said the State government in a statement here. The reduction of ₹3 is over and above the decrease in excise duty announced by Centre.
