Recipe: Gajar ka halwa

Wash and Peel the carrots

Next, grate the carrots

Add oil in a pan and shift the grated carrot 

 Pour in full-fat milk

Cook on medium heat till the milk begins to froth and then start slowly reducing.

Add ghee (clarified butter)

Add sugar according to taste 

Simmer till the gajar ka halwa mixture starts to thicken and reduces more

Lastly, add chopped nuts, and serve medium hot
