Ingredients required: Red rice, chopped veggies of your choice, beetroot puree, onion, ginger, cashew nuts, ghee and greem chilli.
Spices required: Biryani masala, turmeric, chilli powder, bay leaf. cinnamon stick, green and black cardamom, oil and salt.
Take some water in handi and add spices such as cinnamon stick, bay leaf, green and black cardamom, salt and oil.
Now, take veggies of your choice such as cauliflower, carrot, potato, peas and marinate them in curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, and other spices.
Now, take the oil in a pan and add slices onions, green chillies and marinated veggies and cook them for 7-8 minutes.
After that, add a layer of cooked veggies and sprinkle some saffron water. Repeat this step twice.
