Malaika Arora aces gym look
Malaika prefers to start her day with water or a detox drink.
She starts her workout with a 20-minute cardio session every day.
Her workout consists of different exercises, including cardio, weight training, Yoga and Pilates, etc.
She hits the gym thrice a week for half an hour for her weight and strength training sessions.
Malaika does Yoga and Pilates for about 30 minutes to 1 hour on the other three days of the week.
She has an early dinner, which consists of a bowl of soup with steamed veggies and salad.
