The farmers are protesting the new farm laws passed by the Narendra Modi government.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar said he would leave politics if there would be any trouble on procuring crops at Minimum Support Price (MSP) in the state in an attempt to discourage farmers from Haryana from joining the protest march. This is one of the main reasons of worry for the farmers in Haryana. He accused Punjab CM Amarinder Singh of endangering the lives of farmers during the coronavirus pandemic, he said don&#8217;t play such cheap politics. Singh said Khattar should have tried to talk to the farmers before the Dilli Chalo march began. Instead of talking to farmers, the government has resorted to police action against those who were marching peacefully and this is a violation of their&nbsp;constitutional rights, he added. The Punjab Chief Minister asserted that it is the farmers who had to be convinced about the MSP guarantee and not him.
