The Board of Control for Cricket in India president Saurav Ganguly on Wednesday admitted to Apollo Hospital in Kolkata after complaining chest pain since Tuesday evening. His family members have decided to take him to the hospital since the discomfort continued.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 48-year-old has been undergoing treatment at his home since he was discharged from the Woodlands Hospital following a mild heart attack earlier this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ganguly had been admitted to Kolkata\u2019s Woodlands Hospital three weeks back after he felt dizzy during a workout at the gym in his residence and underwent angioplasty on being diagnosed with three blocked coronary arteries. Later, he was discharged from the hospital and advised rest for one month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
During his earlier stay in hospital, there were talks that Ganguly was under pressure though the BCCI president refused to answer such questions during his release. There had been speculations on Saurav Ganguly becoming the BJP face for the chief minister in Bengal but he had refused to comment on the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
