Amid surge in Covid-19 cases in some states, Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba on Saturday chaired a review meeting with chief secretaries of eight states Maharashtra, Punjab, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, West Bengal, Telangana and Jammu and Kashmir .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addressing review meeting, Union Health Ministry said in a statement that no need to lower their guards, enforce Covid-19 appropriate behaviour and deal firmly with violations. He also said It was strongly underlined that the concerned states need to follow effective surveillance strategies in respect of potential super spreading events. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
