The incident happened due to leakage of an Oxygen tanker when it was in the process of filling outside at the hospital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>District collector Suraj Mandhar told the reporters 22 covid patients who have died, were on ventilators as well as on oxygen supply, which got interrupted after the leakage in the oxygen supply tank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video controls src=\"https:\/\/d2r2ijn7njrktv.cloudfront.net\/apnlive\/uploads\/2021\/04\/21161430\/WhatsApp-Video-2021-04-21-at-3.24.34-PM.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Foods &amp; Drugs Administration&nbsp; (FDA) Minister Dr. Rajendra Shingane said the incident is very unfortunate. He said 11 people have died and his team trying to get all the details related to the incident. As many as 52,412 people recovered in the said period and 351 died.
