The incident took place in Karnataka&#8217;s Chamarajanagar district hospital on Sunday night. Distict Incharge Minister Suresh Kumar said they are waiting for the death audit report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports said Chamarajanagar District Hospital faced a shortage of oxygen following which several patients passed away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reports suggested that a total of 250 oxygen cylinders were sent to the hospital from Mysore in the middle of the night as an emergency stock as the oxygen cylinders that were supposed to come from Ballari did not reach the hospital due to a delay in supply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Karnataka Chief Minister B.S.
