He was 66 and is survived by his wife, two daughters and a son. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the sudden demise of the cricketer, tributes pour in on twitter and other social media platforms by the former and current cricket fraternity for 1983 World Cup winner Yashpal Sharma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Shocked and deeply pained by the demise of Yashpal Sharma ji. He was an umpire too in a couple of women&#8217;s ODIs.
