How far has your company come in this industry?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Elyz\u00e9e Events Agency was first introduced to the United States in 1995 and it has created a place of its own in the concierge industry. Within a few years, we have become one of the top players in the events and concierge services of luxury in the United States. Our know-how and our ability to respond to the most complex requests have enabled us to build a growing reputation. Building on its success, our urge to expand grew stronger and stronger. In 2003, we dropped off our luggage in the canton of Geneva. Now, building on our success with our prestigious clients, we have developed agencies in Paris and London.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Compared to other companies in your field, what is different about yours?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Unlike most of the concierge services around the world, we have a direct relationship with the service providers with whom we work. This proximity allows you to have total control of the services we offer to our customers. Through our various agencies located around the globe, we can respond to all the requirements of our customers, while satisfying the least of their desires. Our customer service is top-notch and old clients always come back to us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What are some of your company’s strengths?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Our business model was developed on an international scale and our marketing policy allows us to offer our customers all types of services, without having necessarily the obligation to subscribe to a monthly or annual subscription. This model economic is one of our strengths. With Elyz\u00e9e Agency, you only pay for the services operated by us. We have more than 500 employees working with us and offer quality services at a price consistent with the market. So this is the reason why in most cases the customer calls on us rather than another concierge.
