Addressing the rally, the 51-year-old described his visit as homecoming, saying his family had a long relationship with the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me and my family are also Kashmiri Pandits. I want to tell all my Kashmiri Pandit brothers that I will show you my help. Whenever I say something, it is not me but the worker of the Congress party.
