In the letter to Singh, Bharti said she is deeply hurt by her own words and that she will improver her language from now on. She also urged Singh to improve his language if he can. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the video, Uma Bharti had said bureaucracy is nothing. Bureaucracy is there to pick up&nbsp;<em>chappals<\/em>&nbsp;(slippers). It picks up our slippers.
