In a heart-wrenching incident, the Taliban hanged a man in public in Herat main square for alleged kidnapping. The video of the man hanged in public is being widely circulated on the internet and people are saying that this incident is reminding them of 90s rule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The video of the man hanged in public was shared by a journalist. In the video, a man was hanged from a crane and he was drenched in blood. A placard can also be seen hanging on him. It is reported that he was hanged at Herat main square. In the video, a mob was seen, who was in dread after watching the horrific incident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several users shared and reposted the same video and said that they feel like the 90s rule is back. One of the users wrote that this is a disgrace to humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another user wrote that the Taliban has publicly hanged a man accused of kidnapping at Herat main square today. Looks like he was also tortured before being hanged from a crane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet another wrote that this is terrifying and after August 15, all criminal justice and rule of law institutions collapsed in Afghanistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Earlier, Mullah Nooruddin Turabi in an interview with The Associated Press said that the Taliban’s execution in the past took place in front of crowds at the stadium, and he also said that no one should tell the Taliban, what their laws should be like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He further said that the Taliban follows Islam and they will make their laws on Quran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
