England all-rounder Moeen Ali has announced his retirement from Test cricket. The 34-year-old has played 64 tests and scored 2,914 runs with 195 wickets also on his name, including five 5-wickets haul and a hat-trick against South Africa. His retirement comes right before their test series against Australia in the Ashes starting in December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ali made his test debut in 2014 against Sri Lanka and went on to represent England 34 times. Moeen said that, he is 34 now and wants to play cricket for as long as he can and just wants to enjoy his game. He said that he has enjoyed playing Test cricket but sometimes the intensity can be to much in the game that he felt like, he has done enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
