The robbers broke into the house of the deputy collector Trilochan Gaur in the civil lines area of Dewas, which is just 2.5 hours away from the state capital. The robbers managed to take around Rs 30,000 in cash and some jewellery but they as well left a note for Trilocahn Gaur. In the note, the burglars wrote in Hindi “jab paise nahi nahi they toh lock nahi karna tha na collector,” (if you had no money, you should not have locked the house.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The police said that the robbery seemed like a challenge as the officer’s house is located between the bungalows of SDM Pradeep Soni and is just 100-metre away from the residence of the Superintendent of Police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
