The yoga rehearsals have been going on for over a month. Various organizations, NGOs and Yoga trainers have been taking keen interest to make the event successful.<\/p>\n<p>The Yoga Day events will be organized at seven places in the national capital New Delhi. State capitals will also have their parallel events on the day.<\/p>\n<p>Indian embassies in US, Netherlands and Trinidad and Tobago will hold Yoga programs with participants from various sections of society, especially Indians living abroad. French embassy at New Delhi will also hold Yoga and music program on June 21.<\/p>\n<p>Prime Minister led the nation on first Yoga Day, considered to be his brainchild, on 21 June 2015 at Rajpath in the capital with 37,000 people, including several high profile personalities. In 2016, he participated in similar event in Chandigarh along with 30,000 participants. United Nations declared June 21 as International Yoga Day in December 11, 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Ahead of International Yoga Day, UN headquarter at New York was lit up with Yoga symbol on June 19.
