He was 73 and the cause of his death is not known yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to a report in The Indian Express, Yusuf was admitted to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai. The news of his demise was shared by his son-in-law and filmmaker Hansal Mehta and his wife Safeena Hussain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hansal Mehta confirms Yusuf Hussain&#8217;s demise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mourning the death of Yusuf, Hansal shared an emotional note on Twitter. The note read that he had completed 2 schedules of Shahid and they were struck. He was troubled. A non-existent career as a filmmaker was almost finished completely. He just came up to him and said he had a fixed deposit and it is of no use to him if he was so troubled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hansal continued that he wrote a cheque and Shahid was completed. He was life if life itself had to have a physical form. The director added that Yusuf Hussain is gone To remind all those women in heaven that they are &#8216;Duniya ki sabse khubsurat ladki&#8217; and all the men that they are &#8216;Haseen naujwaan&#8217;.
