Due to an upsurge in omicron cases nationally, Uttar Pradesh government has ordered to close schools up to class 10th till January 15, 2022. Besides this, the night curfew in the state has been extended by two hours in state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The districts where the active caseload of Covid-19 has extended 1,000, only 100 people, will be allowed to attend the gatherings such as marriage ceremonies and other events. All the public spaces such as gyms spas, cinema halls, restaurants and banquets halls will be allowed to operate with 50 percent capacity. Also, the night curfew in the state has been extended by two hours. Now it will be from 10 am to 6 pm from Thursday in state. Presently, it is from 11 pm to 5 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Uttar Pradesh Chief Miniter Yogi Adityanath has chaired a meeting. In that meeting, he has taken the decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He said that currently there are no UP districts which has more than 1000 Covid-19 cases. Genome sequencing had confirmed that there are 23 Omicron variant cases in state. The people who came into his contact should done their RT-PCR test with tracing their results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Chief Minister said that it should be mandatory for all the devotees who are coming to Prayagaraj to have their negative RT-PCR test reports with them. The test reports should not be older than last 24 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
