The new rules have come into the effect with immediate changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From now onwards, an in-match penalty for slow over-rate will be penalizing the team by removing a player of the fielding side for the entire match during fielding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As per the ICC clause, a fielding side must complete their every over of bowling in the stipulated time. Now the rules are implemented, the first T20I match in Men&#8217;s cricket will be played between West Indies and Ireland at the Sabina Park in Jamaica on January 16.
