Recently, Col Vijay Rawat (retd), younger brother of India’s late first Chief of Defence Staff (CDS) Gen Bipin Rawat, joined BJP on January 19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the other hand, former Uttarakhand CM and BJP leader Trivendra Singh Rawat showed his unwillingness to contest Uttarakhand Assembly Elections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Meanwhile, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami expelled Harak Singh Rawat from the party for six years. Talking to reporters, Dhami said that Rawat was putting pressure on the party for seats for his family members and also gave a few statements because of which the party took the decision to expel him for six years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Harak Singh Rawat said that now he will join Congress but according to reports, he has been denied entry in that too.
