Former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi, sister Priyanka Gandhi on Friday launched a separate manifesto called Bharti Vidhaan for the youth of Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In its vision document for India’s most populous state, the Congress promise to solve a number of issues related to youth and unemployment. The manifesto has been made after speaking and interacting with the youth of Uttar Pradesh, the party said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Releasing the vision document with his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra at party headquarters in Delhi, former Congress chief Rahul Gandhi said India needs a new vision, for which, we can start from Uttar Pradesh. Forget job creation, today the youth has lost jobs due to the monopoly of 2-3 industrialists. After speaking to the youth of UP, the Congress has launched its vision document based on job creation, Gandhi said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Speaking on the manifesto, the Congress general secretary said the Congress experienced the difficulties and problems of the youth of Uttar Pradesh. All political parties just come and promise jobs – 25 lakh jobs, 30 lakh jobs – but no one explains in detail how they will do it, she said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today the UP’s qualified and unemployed youth is facing immense difficulty in getting jobs. However, the Congress had made this youth manifesto with an aim to help them in getting the job, she said<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Keeping in mind the delay and other irregularities in conducting exams and releasing results, the Congress promised to make make a job calendar to maintain all the records of exam and the success and failure of the examination will be decided on the basis of the record, Gandhi also said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Priyanka Gandhi also promised to organise a youth festival annually in Uttar Pradesh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Uttar Pradesh is scheduled to go for polls from February 10 in 7 phases and the result will be declared on March 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
