The video of the same was circulated on the internet in which women were seen hitting the 20-year-old with slippers. As soon as the incident came to light, the women&#8217;s panel took note of the incident and the four women who were hitting her, were arrested.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DCW chairperson Swati Maliwal shared the video of the same on her Twitter account and said that in Kasturba Nagar, a 20-year-old girl was gang-raped by illegal liquor sellers, made bald, wore a garland of slippers and turned her face black in the entire area. I am issuing notice to Delhi Police. All criminal men and women should be arrested and the girl and her family should be given security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The police official said that an unfortunate incident of sexual assault on a woman due to personal enmity happened in Shahdara district today. Police further said that they have arrested four accused and currently the probe is going on.
