The Honsla Rakh actor\u2019s body had been made fun of when she was in the BB house. During lockdown, she decided to show the world that she can do anything she sets her mind to, even weight loss. According to Shehnaaz, it is not very difficult to lose weight if one really wants to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How did Shehnaaz Gill lose transform?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The actor did not choose to go for any intense workout training. Instead, she followed a strict diet during the lockdown. In an interview, she shared that she had cut off all kinds of non-vegetarian food, ice-creams and chocolates. She limited the number of times she used to have her meals. Also, she tried to keep her meals the same in terms of what she was eating. Shehnaaz Gill also shared that she cut down her portion size as well. She would eat one roti, if she were hungry for 2. As a result, she lost 12 kg in less than 6 months\u2019 time, without doing any exercise. The actor\u2019s restricted food consumption did the trick for her. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
