Now, you can count on Indian Railways to make your day a remarkable one. It’s no secret that getting a confirmed seat on an Indian Railways train requires a lot of time, planning, and effort. But don’t be concerned; there is something that can be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Indian Railways will now let you book the coach or entire train without going through a lot of hassle for reservation. Now, IRCTC is giving you an option to book a whole train for marriage processions and pilgrimage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The process of getting a group ticket from the railways has recently been simplified, making it quite simple to book an entire train. Passengers can now make reservations at the railway station closest to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to sources, the IRCTC website can also be used to book a train. It should be noted that for group bookings, an additional 30 percent must be paid on each ticket. A maximum of 10 coaches on Full Tariff Rate (FTR) in a train in one tour programme can be booked by a group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The registration fee for booking a train for up to seven days of the tour is Rs 50,000 per coach, according to the Indian Railways website. Following that, an extra Rs 10,000 per day\/per coach will be charged, which will be deducted from the registration fee. If the Ministry of Railways makes any revisions, the cost may vary. Booking an eighteen-coach train, on the other hand, costs Rs 1 lakh. Taxes will be added at a later stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To begin the process, send a letter to the Chief Reservation Supervisor, including the date of the trip, train number, number of berths required, and a list of passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The controlling office that oversees the reservation office must approve this request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once your request has been approved, you can book your coach at the bulk ticket counter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You will be given a reference number after submitting your request, and you will be required to pay a registration fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
