{"id":331699,"date":"2022-06-04T17:55:06","date_gmt":"2022-06-04T12:25:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apnlive.com\/?p=331699"},"modified":"2022-06-04T18:50:16","modified_gmt":"2022-06-04T13:20:16","slug":"beach-vigil-app-goa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/apnlive.com\/politics\/beach-vigil-app-goa\/","title":{"rendered":"Goa CM launches Beach Vigil App for better beach management, here&#8217;s how the app will better your experience"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant has launched a Beach Vigil App to ensure the holistic management of beaches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at a function held at the Secretariat by CM in the presence of Tourism and IT Minister, Rohan Khaunte, Sawant said the Beach Vigil App shall benefit the institutions working in beach tourism sector and tourists. The development of tourism and safety is an all-around and collective effort. With these kinds of Apps, the ecosystem shall enhance in the coming future, he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speaking at the launch, Khaunte said the app will be a point of coordination between police, beach cleaning agency, Drishti lifesavers, shack owners and the state tourism department of the state. Lack of co-ordination between these five bodies had led to many problems in beach management in the past, he said. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, the Goa CM had distributed certificates to newly registered start-ups under the start-up scheme.
